First, it depends on what data sheet you're reading, ST Micro names max 10uA, second, if you can read them, you should know max current is stated for 125 degree Celsius.
So, next question, will the chip's temperature anywhere above room temperature, as the TO tries to do measurements in the uA range? Surely not.
So we're save to assume 1 uA or below.
You're right, as general statement the "no current" doesn't match, but considering the actual conditions, the question is: Isn't it fun to use the brain for it's purpose? LOL
