BASCOM-AVR : Random output pin toggling : NEWTOPIC

Hi, I need randomly toggle with an output pin. As fast as possible and I need as long period as possible before repeating "random" sequence. Without ADC using, no external components, internal calculations only. Can you suggest me rnd() or some kind of linear shift feedback register (XNORs) or anything else?
