Before you post a question, you need to consider who you think would know the answer. While you can ask questions here about bascom, code, circuits, etc. it is not an official support forum. The reason is simple ; MCS can not (yet) check if a user is using an official version, there are times nobody from MCS reads the posts, and possible fixes could not be uploaded here (yet). So you can write about a problem here, and maybe it is read/solved. You should write to support. All support questions are read(but depending on some factors, not all are replied, and the time varies). But something should be clear : if there is a problem, we like to know about it in order to solve it. Before posting questions, check the register. It contains a list with all new additions but also all bug fixes or modifications. (compared to the current available version). So this list becomes the history list of the next release. If you do not see your problem described, use the forum search function. If you can not find it, write to support. Include a short as possible sample that does NOT work and demonstrates the problem. If it shows errors then simply write about the error. If it does not create a list of errors, but it does not work, than describe the problem. And describe how it can be reproduced. An ISIS DSN would be ideal :-) You should use the latest available version. It is the only version we support. Then if you updated from an old version, read the history.txt file. Some of the changes might cause your problem. The problem is not always a bug. When additional error detections routines are added you could get an error which you would not get in a previous version. There is even an option to ignore some errors. When sending attachments to support, please ZIP the files and include : bas, cfg, rpt, err, bin, hex (if they exist). And please realize, support is not psychic : we have ONLY the info you send. So from the description you send we need to understand the problem. if you cross post to support + forum we will ignore one.
