Not the same as Constants but it is a [b:cbf83afaa6]Literal[/b:cbf83afaa6] as in a Numeric Literal or a String Literal.
String Literal - enclosed Strings in quotes, though Mark has added the Braces {} to add special ascii characters"
Number Literal - fixed number from 0 to 9 (not sure about decimal point?)
