Hi Kiki,
In the simulator, if you have a switch connected to a port as an input, the switch will NOT appear in the simulator.
To operate the switch in the simulator, Turn on the LCD button in the toolbar of the simulator.
You will now have a window which displays an LCD and the ports, Inputs (green) and outputs(Red)
To toggle a switch, click on the input to which the button is connected on your circuit.
Example: the switch is on Pinb.0. Click the Green IP (this is input (pin) zero, of Port b) The LED will light, it is now a one state.
If you are looking for the interrupt, click on the Interrupt tab on the row of tabs, directly below the toolbar. (on the simulator.)
