I doubt, that this is the right sequence. IN SIRCS, a 1 is a pair of 1200/600, while a 0 is a piar of 600/600.
Your data doesn't match this.

If your code is correct, you should be able to use the sonysend command if your sequence consist of 12, 15 or 20 bits.
