BASCOM-AVR : bad implantation : NEWTOPIC

Hello. I am running Windows 7. I put BASCOM 2.0.7.5 demo on a new hard drive (the old one is dead). From the beginning, there is error: see attachment I removed and reinstalled BASCOM.
