yes that is right. you need to specify all the vports at once.
if you use a new config, you need to specify again all the vports you like to use.
it is like writing to a port : if you write '1' to bit 0 and you want to write bit 1 too, then need to write 3.
in your case simply put the config in one line as shown in the help.
