As mentioned before, Ls and Cs spead all over a circuit "just in case" can lead to unpredictabel behavior. Do you really need the 100µH choke?
100µH seems a lot, and it adds it's inner R into the supply, inreasing the impedance of the source. I think the choke causes more trouble than it might avoid.
If you fear EMC problems, filters should be placed at the input of the regulator.
All this is only my opinion, see it as hints to think about.
