PC <----> AP <--- 'wireless signal' ----> WizFi210 <--- serial cable -> serial module <-----> MCU board <-> display

it's what I do!
I tried to do the Ping from the PC to the module WIZ, but I have no answer ... why?
C: LAB> ping 192.168.0.80

The configuration of the module, made with WIZSmartScript, is the following:

AT + WAUTO = 0, dlink
[OK]
AT + WAUTH = 0
[OK]
AT + WWPA = labxxxxxxxxx
[OK]
AT + NDHCP = 0
[OK]
AT + NSET = 192.168.0.80,255.255.255.0,192.168.0.1
[OK]
ATB = 115200,8, N, 1
[OK]
= AT + Nauto 0,0,192.168.1.138,5000
[OK]
AT + XDUM = 0
[OK]

With this configuration, when I switch on module WIZ, I receive via serial module <-----> MCU board <-> display the following strings:
Serial2WiFi APP (WIZnet Co.Ltd)
[CONNECT 0]
IP Subnet Gateway
192.168.0.80: 255.255.255.0: 192.168.0.1
then the module is connected!, is this correct?
