i had a look. and when using more > 64K flash, it is possible that the problem is caused by a page problem.
unlike the normal uart flash constant print routine, the SW uart version is not checking a rampz boundary crossing. when the constant is located between 2 pages, it can print weird characters.
i will change it. when you send a message to support you can test it with an update. this update is about to be released anyway.
