Ok back to the reason why I revisited this thread.
I have ported the ATmega128 code from the STK500/501 to Atmel's ATXmega128a1 Xplained board.
I have commented out the AVR-DOS RAW Write section in this version. Also include a couple of screen shot of the final reports, SDHC and SDSC cards.
This version is using hardware SPI on portC, with SCK @ 16MHZ, which is sysclk / 2.
I am also using the DFLL to have an accurate time base for the tick time, verified 1mS pulse is 1.000802 mS. Thanks to laborratte, JC and last but not least, MWS from another thread, that made this function happen. GREAT work guys!
