yes i noticed that sometimes a file is locked by another process but that is usually the virus scanner. (bitdefender).
since the user had disabled the virus scanner that could not be the problem. but maybe some other process is locking a file.
i will add manual registering to the setup. that will most likely fix the problem. still bit unsatisfying since i like to know the root cause.
